Rules & Restrictions
- Must show Photo ID when using the membership card
- All persons listed must be living in the household with the exception of one (1) Child Care Provider/Guest. A guest is defined as an adult living outside the household. If a senior is listed as the primary adult, then grandchildren are considered to be living in household.
