General Requirements for School Groups and Scouts

- Programs must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Please contact us if you have a more immediate need, though dates and times may not be available with less than 2 weeks' notice.
- Please have several dates and times available during the week for your program. Having multiple options available ensures that you are able to book the program that you want.
- Currently, we do not book classroom programs or guided tours on weekends.
- Onsite programs are offered year round, but they may only be coupled with admission to the Wildlife Park during the "open" season. There is no minimum fee required for onsite programs.
- Offsite programs are offered year-round, and a $200 minimum fee applies. To meet this minimum, programs can be booked for multiple classes and/or grade levels. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please contact the Education Department.
- Full payment is required before the start of your program.
- If you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling may affect dates and times available for your program and dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
