Run for the Fund of it!

Tanganyika Wildlife Park is a private, family-owned zoo passionate about preserving endangered animals. More than 50% of the animals in our care are endangered—animals that runners can see in person after the race as our guests.

The Meritrust Tiger Trot is one of the most important fundraising events benefitting the Tanganyika Winter Fund as part of our 501(c)(3) Species Survival Fund. This fund helps us raise the nearly $600,000 it takes to support the animals in our care each year with no assistance from government funding, while also working for wildlife around the world.

All participants will receive 2 FREE admission passes to Tanganyika Wildlife Park good for any day. In addition, all spectators and guests will be able to watch the finish of the race for FREE as long as they enter the Park by 10 AM. All participants will receive a performance technical shirt (while supplies last).
